Lugar: TEKNIKER Contacto: marketing Email: contact@ctag.com Paper on the Application of Nanotechnology in the Automobile Industry Vanesa Ventosinos, who belongs to the plastic product-process area of CTAG presented a paper at the “Seminar on the Use of Nanostructures in Industrial Applications”, which took place in the Bizkaia Technology Park (Zamudio) on October 5th. Under the title of "CTAG: Case study of the application of nanotechnology in the automobile industry", Vanessa Ventosinos presented the researches carried out by CTAG under the framework of the Nanocit project, co-funded by the Ministry of Industry. The paper tried to explain briefly the potential of nanomaterials in the automobile sector, detailed the case study being developed right now at CTAG, which involves a pedal car with response to impact, and concluded with a summary of the research lines on nanomaterials open at CTAG.
