This document includes the main guidelines that all people who visit us must comply with in order to ensure their safety and guarantee the confidentiality of their activities. Please read the instructions carefully and ask us any questions regarding this matter.
The use of cameras and audiovisual recording devices, including cell phones with cameras, is strictly prohibited (except written authorization from us). In certain areas of the center it is mandatory to seal these elements.
In compliance with current regulations on data protection, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 GDPR) we inform you that our facilities have a video surveillance system and that, for your visit , your data will be stored in the files called “Video surveillance” and “Visits”, whose purpose is security video surveillance and the registration of visits to the facilities respectively. To allow you access to the facilities, it is mandatory that you consent to the taking data in the form given to you at reception. Refusal to this consent would void your access to the facilities.
Likewise, we inform you that, to proceed with your rights of access, rectification or cancellation and opposition provided for in the law, you must contact in writing the Foundation for the Promotion of Innovation, Research and Technological Development in the Industry of Automoción de Galicia, CIF:G-36.871.424 Polígono Industrial de A Granxa, calle A, Parcelas 249-250, 36475 O Porriño.
Go to the reception, where you will be greeted by the person coordinating your visit, or directly to the goods loading and unloading area, if applicable. During your stay in our facilities, you must carry this identification card in a visible place, which you must return before leaving. You are only allowed access to those areas of the facilities that are necessary for the purpose declared during your visit.
For your safety
- Respect the rules of the highway code as well as the signs regarding safety at work and use the specific personal protective equipment for each area. The maximum speed throughout the area is 20 km/h.
- Do not use your mobile phone when traveling by vehicle or on foot.
- Make use of the defined areas for loading and unloading merchandise.
- Do not obstruct emergency routes and exits or access to fire extinguishing means.
- Maintain a safety distance of at least 1.5 meters in the presence of a forklift and give it the right of way. In the intersection area, establish eye contact with the driver and wait for their instructions.
- Walk along the paths and pedestrian crossings. On wet or icy ground, walk with extreme caution, using shorter steps if necessary.
- When going up or down stairs, hold on to the handrail. Preferably use elevators when carrying important material.
- If you have any need, follow the instructions given to you by the person responsible for your visit.
- In general, exercise extreme caution in all your movements.
