PREMAR “Monitoring, Analytics and Predictive Maintenance of Machinery in CABOMAR” aims to prevent machinery failures in the fish processing industry.
Refrigeration and fish-seafood manufacturing is a harsh environment: humidity and aggressive water is everywhere and machinery suffers of high rates of unexpected failures, disturbing production and causing great losses.
PREMAR will integrate 3 EFPF tools in the manufacturing process of CABOMAR to allow data gathering, data analytics and predictive maintenance.
In PREMAR, CTAG continues its efforts to transfer knowledge to the agri-food sector and supports Galician companies in their growth towards digitalisation.
