CTAG, awarded for its work in the promotion of telecommunications

The Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación de Galicia (COETG) and the Asociación de Ingenieros de Telecomunicación de Galicia (AETG) have awarded CTAG with one of the Premios Galicia de las Telecomunicaciones y de la Sociedad de la Información 2019. This is the Member of Honour Award, a recognition to figures or organisations that stand out for promoting telecommunications in Galicia.

The boards of COETG and AETG have highlighted CTAG’s contribution to the development of ICT and its involvement in the sector, through cutting-edge projects such as the autonomous vehicle project.

This call will also reward the work carried out by Nueva Pescanova, the Proxecta application, developed by a group of students from the University of Vigo and the engineer Rafael Moya.

The awards ceremony will take place on May 24 during the celebration of the XXIV Noite Galega das Telecommunications (Galician Night of Telecommunications).
