In 2019, Gamelsa and CTAG together with Arantia and Gainsa, launched CLAuDiiA, the strategic R&D project whose general objective is the implementation of the Industry 4.0 model to make production processes more flexible, gain competitiveness and offer customized products and solutions, adjusted to the needs of customers.
In the second year of execution, CLAuDiiA is focusing its advances on the digitization of the plant, so that the information on the production process is available in real time for decision-making. On the other hand, a digital twin of the factory is also being developed. Thus, there is a tool available that allows anticipating the changes to be made in the plant in a safe way and detecting possible problems in advance.
