Led by Stellantis Vigo, the project brings together nine organisations and has a budget of 24.6 million euros to develop advanced technologies until September 2028.
CTAG is participating in FAGAMOS, a new collaborative industrial research and experimental development project that aims to design, develop, integrate and validate advanced technologies to strengthen the competitiveness of the automotive sector in Galicia.
The initiative combines industrial capabilities and technological expertise to develop solutions that can be applied in real-world production environments. FAGAMOS organises its activities into four areas: advanced manufacturing, sustainability, telecommunications and in-vehicle user experience.
The project will investigate new technologies to improve industrial processes, using tools such as artificial intelligence, digital twins and robotics. It will also address energy efficiency and the decarbonisation of facilities, alongside connectivity and device management solutions. In the automotive sector, research will focus on in-cabin comfort and interaction.
With a budget of 24.6 million euros and public funding of almost 11.5 million, FAGAMOS will run until September 2028. The participating organisations will work in a coordinated manner to promote technology transfer, reduce the risks associated with innovation and strengthen the Galician automotive ecosystem.

FAGAMOS has received support from the ‘Industria Innova 2026’ call for proposals, funded by the Galician Institute for Economic Promotion (Igape) of the Regional Government of Galicia and co-financed by the European Union under the Galicia FEDER Programme 2021–2027.
