Humanoids applied to industry
Since the end of 2024, CTAG has been committed to leading the way in humanoid robotics in Europe. We work to address the industry’s new challenges through advanced robotics techniques, providing the necessary support to enable companies to adopt Physical AI solutions safely, efficiently and competitively.
With the HAARO Lab, CTAG is establishing a leading European centre designed to accelerate the technological maturity of humanoids, ensuring their effective deployment in dual-use scenarios: from highly demanding industrial sectors to care applications and residential settings. This laboratory is our response to the industry’s need for more flexible, intelligent and adaptable automation solutions.
Development of Physical AI
We develop new physical AI algorithms that enable humanoids to perform complex tasks with precision, facilitating reinforcement learning and real-time adaptation to the environment.
Support in Digital Twin and Simulation
Every physical process in the laboratory has an exact replica in the virtual world. We use digital twins for training, optimising workflows and mitigating risks before any physical deployment.
Validation of Real-World Use Cases
We use the laboratory to test and validate specific robotic skills, ensuring that every movement and decision made by the humanoid meets the demands of real processes.
Support for Start-ups
CTAG’s HAARO Lab acts as a technical acceleration platform. We provide start-ups with access to our expertise and a professional testing environment to validate their developments and facilitate their industrial scaling.
Multivariate infrastructure
Our facilities are designed to replicate a variety of real-world scenarios, from industrial assembly lines to controlled care settings, enabling comprehensive validation of the technology.
