UX and Comfort

We investigate the improvement of comfort applied to the automobile in all its aspects

User Experience (UX)

User Experience (UX) is about understanding the user's needs and expectations to ensure that the interface is intuitive and easy to use. At CTAG, we strive to develop products that not only meet the comfort standards of end users, but are also effective in their specific contexts of use.

Confort

At CTAG, thanks to the experience accumulated in different fields of knowledge and technology, we develop innovative solutions focused on comfort, with the premise that the components are not designed in an isolated way, but are conceived as a whole.

Technological advances present new challenges, forcing manufacturers to continuously develop solutions where a high degree of comfort is necessary inside the passenger compartment, not only for reasons of comfort, but also for safety and health.

The aim of automotive comfort is to ensure the greatest possible physical and mental wellness for everyone on board. In addition, the vehicle has become an indispensable element in our daily lives, so the demand for comfort is becoming ever higher.

Thermal Management

The thermal sensation perceived by users is of great importance in terms of comfort in the vehicle and brand image, being the natural trend in the automotive sector to achieve ever greater interior comfort. At CTAG we carry out all kinds of tests in controlled climatic conditions, on isolated components, subsystems or complete vehicles.

CTAG has participated in several R&D projects on thermal, acoustic and vibration comfort, including the following:

  • Materials with efficient heatable films and textiles with homogeneous thermal properties (patented)
  • Analysis and prediction of noise sources in automobiles
  • Detection and analysis of non-stationary noise in structures exposed to multi-axis vibration
