Today we had the pleasure of welcoming three important figures in the field of innovation and education to our facilities:
• Teresa Riesgo – General Secretary for Innovation of the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities
• Román Rodríguez – Regional Minister for Education, Science, Universities and T&D
• Carmen Sotelo – Director of the Agencia Gallega de Innovación (GAIN).
During the visit, they were able to go over our facilities and learn first-hand about CTAG’s R&D capabilities, as well as our collaborations with other entities for the transfer of knowledge and results.
We had the opportunity to show them, through multiple demonstrators and prototype tests on tracks, the results of outstanding projects such as the CERVERA-INTEGRA Network, coordinated by CTAG and financed by the CDTI. This project focuses on research into technologies for autonomous, connected and safe mobility.
In addition, we highlight the potential of European projects such as Hi-Drive, ALMA or SALIENT, which focus on the development of sustainable, safe and intelligent mobility solutions.
It was also highlighted the collaborations with Galician companies in the framework of the UMI (Mixed Research Units) or Smart and Sustainable Factory programme, both financed by GAIN.
