  • SELFEX – Self-training extended reality wearable technology

    Factory of the Future

    Objective: SELFEX aims to improve training processes in manufacturing through the use of wearable finger tracking gloves, trackers and XRs, to enable a self-training approach to in-line work.

  • ITHACA – Automation of the electrical vehicle charging

    Clean Mobility

    ITHACA is integrated in the framework of the European SMART4ALL H2020 Project (GA No. 872614), as a winner in its third cascade funding call.

    Objective: to automate the charging process of electric vehicles through robotisation, focusing on making this process safer and more efficient for vulnerable groups.

  • INTEX – Next generation AI based Testbeds for Wearable robotics

    Factory of the Future

    InteX facilitates the acceptance of exoskeletons to improve worker health and safety and business productivity in workplaces where there are no alternative solutions to the scourge of musculoskeletal disorders.

    Consortium: CTAG (España), Tecnalia (España), COMAU (Italia), IUVO (Estonia), Acciona Construcción (España) and the Universidad libre de Bruselas (Bélgica).

    With a view to the Vehicle of the Future, new connected and intelligent systems and interfaces were studied, enabling the development of innovative products and devices for future electric vehicle ranges.

    Consortium: The Facendo 4.0 project is led by Stellantis Vigo with the participation of CTAG, Gradiant, Aimen and the University de Vigo.

    Joint Unit focused on R&D in smartisation technologies: incorporation of new smart functionalities that respond to market needs, and redefinition of operations and work methodologies for their optimisation.

    Funding: Axencia Galega de Innovación (GAIN), Axudas para o programa Industrias do Futuro 4.0 2019 (third call), through the Programa Operativo FEDER Galicia 2014-2020.

    Consortium: BorgWarner and CTAG

    Objective: Research and development of new 4.0 manufacturing technologies that allow BorgWarner’s production processes to evolve towards a new model based on the precepts of efficiency, flexibility and sustainability, so that it is possible to react to the new requirements in terms of transport, with the support of CTAG as a reference research organisation for the automotive sector in Galicia.
